Firstly, there is a skill shortage in Australia for admin and paraplanning staff, and if you do manage to hire, it can be very expensive. Access to TOP means we have cost effective team members with the capabilities that we need.
Secondly, we have freed up our own time to focus on clients. We have also solved the issue of needing additional office space, as well as the costs associated with that.
